The
following information will give an overview of the office procedures that we
follow in representing new clients:
· Contact us to determine if your petition or application for a visa is approveable and otherwise complies with USCIS guidelines and regulations.

We
e-mail, fax, or mail you the Retainer Agreement.
·
You
sign and mail the Retainer Agreement with the deposit required to start legal
work on your case.
·
Upon
receipt of the Retainer Agreement, we will prepare a relevant questionnaire and
a list of supporting documentation.
·
You
complete and return the questionnaire.
·
We
will complete the application forms and send them to you for your signature.
·
You
return the signed application forms and required documentation to our office.
·
We
complete the application and submit it to the appropriate agency such as the
USCIS or the Department of Labor.
·
We
follow up with your case until final determination.
You

and his legal team when we receive the signed Retainer Agreement. You are
